Location: the hotel was next to airport and airport, and restaurants. The staff was very cordial, always there to help. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, it had a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a sitting area...

The location here is pretty convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth. the restaurant is nice and serves up some delicious dishes. 🍽️.

The noise from the surrounding roads and train line can be a bit disruptive at times.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as some noise disturbance from nearby airport and higher pricing, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were supportive and kind. The hotel facilities were good with basic amenities available in the bathroom. The location is close to a metro station, very convenient for us to travel. The breakfast provided was wholesome and the staff was polite.

Located near good places to eat and close to the airport, it's easy to catch an early morning flight with free shuttle. the restaurant doesn't allow taking bottled water out. the room was clean but bare minimum with basic amenities in the bathroom. Staff was kind and supportive, and the check-in process was quick.

The bed wasn't too comfortable, with worn-out springs making it feel like a cramped train berth.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was a disappointment. The room was old and smelled musty, which made it difficult to relax.
